We are looking for a dedicated QES specialist who is passionate about quality, environment, and safety – and who wants to take a key role in our work with management systems according to ISO and IATF.

As a QES specialist, you will be a driving force in developing and ensuring our management systems. You will become the company's expert on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ensure the company's compliance with occupational health and environmental legislation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for self-checks and internal audits and ensuring that our processes comply with applicable standards.
• Coordinate external audits and be our contact person with certification bodies and authorities.
• Support the organization in matters related to quality, environment, occupational health, and safety.
• Drive improvement work and contribute to achieving our high goals in quality, occupational health, and safety.

This is a role with many points of contact – both internally within the organization and externally with authorities and partners.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in quality, environment, occupational health, or similar.
• Several years of experience in the QES field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are structured, analytical, and have good collaboration skills.
